A new year is upon us and the action picks up hot and heavy on PokerGO to welcome 2024.
The PGT season concludes with PGT Last Chance and the PGT Championship $1,000,000 freeroll before the next season begins with PGT Kickoff and the PokerGO Cup. These four events will all run throughout January and be livestreamed on PokerGO.
PGT Last Chance
The inaugural PGT Last Chance series will give players their last opportunity to earn their place in the PGT Championship $1,000,000 Freeroll. The Top 40 players on the PGT leaderboard following the conclusion of PGT Last Chance will qualify for the PGT Championship. This means that for players on the fringe of the Top 40, PGT Last Chance will literally be their last chance to qualify.
With every 10 PGT points converting to 1 big blind in the PGT Championship, players that have locked up their spot also having the chance to increase their starting stack in the PGT Championship.
As a bonus for any player who doesn’t finish in the Top 40 on the PGT leaderboard, the two highest-ranked players on the PGT Last Chance leaderboard that are not in the Top 40 will win the final two Dream Seats. These Dream Seats will give the winner direct-entry into the PGT Championship $1,000,000 Freeroll.
For every player chasing an entry to the PGT Championship $1,000,000 Freeroll, PGT Last Chance is the final stop.

PGT Championship
The 2023 PGT season will conclude with the PGT Championship that begins on January 9 with the Top 40 players on the PGT leaderboard and select Dream Seat winners. The prize pool for the PGT Championship will be a staggering $1,000,000 freeroll that will award $500,000 to the winner and pay out the final six spots.
The best of the best from the 2023 PGT season will battle it out to see who will follow in the footsteps of Jason Koon as the PGT Championship winner. Some of the players that have qualified for the 2023 PGT Championship include 2023 WSOP Main Event winner Daniel Weinman, Super High Roller Bowl VIII champion Isaac Haxton, 10-time WSOP bracelet winner Erik Seidel, defending PokerGO Cup champion Cary Katz, and 17-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth.
Some of the players on the fringe of qualifying for the PGT Championship include defending champion Koon, alongside 2021 PokerGO Cup champion Daniel Negreanu, 2021 WSOP Player of the Year Josh Arieh, and PGT Mixed Games II winner Chino Rheem.

PGT Kickoff
As soon as the PGT Championship concludes, the 2024 season will begin with PGT Kickoff running from January 11-16. The five-event series will feature four $5,100 No-Limit Hold’em tournaments and a $10,100 No-Limit Hold’em finale.
These events are all two-day events with the final table concluding the next day and livestreamed on PokerGO. PGT Kickoff will also give players the opportunity to earn DOUBLE POINTS for all cashes to give players a head start on the 2024 season and an early lead in qualifying for the 2024 PGT Championship.

PokerGO Cup
The fourth annual PokerGO Cup takes center stage inside the PokerGO Studio to close out the month with an eight-event schedule running from January 25 to February 3.
All eight events will be exclusively No-Limit Hold’em with buy-ins starting at $5,000 and concluding with the $25,000 finale. The player that earns the most PGT points during the PokerGO Cup will win the $25,000 championship bonus and be awarded the PokerGO Cup.
Daniel Negreanu won the PokerGO Cup in 2021 on the back of winning Event #7 and cashing a total of four times on his way to accumulating $996,200 in tournament winnings. Jeremy Ausmus won the PokerGO Cup in 2022 on the back of winning Event #4 and cashing a total of four times on his way to accumulating $824,500 in tournament winnings. Cary Katz won the PokerGO Cup in 2023 after cashing five times and accumulating $655,800 in tournament winnings.

No Gamble, No Future
Season 4 of No Gamble, No Future is underway and approaching the halfway mark as Nik Airball, Eli Elezra, Mark Iannelli, Jennifer Tilly, Eric Persson, and Phil Hellmuth battle away playing $100/$200 No-Limit Hold’em.
Following the final two episodes from this lineup, there will be a new set of players concluding January’s episodes as the Professor and Charles Yu join Hellmuth, Airball, Tilly, Iannelli, and Elezra for more $100/$200 No-Limit Hold’em action.
