Following an incredible month of content in March, PokerGO is set to continue with a constant stream of new releases in April including the worldwide release of the 2020 WSOP Main Event episodes that crowned Damian Salas as champion.

There are 17 episodes scheduled for release in April on PokerGO with the second half of the new Poker After Dark season beginning on Monday, while WSOP Europe episodes will transition from the 2009 Main Event into the 2010 Main Event.

2020 World Series of Poker Main Event

The 2020 WSOP Main Event was played in a unique format with a domestic leg on WSOP.com and an international leg on GGPoker. Both final tables were played live, with the domestic leg played at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and the international leg played at King’s Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic.

Joseph Hebert emerged victorious in Las Vegas, and his path to capturing the $1,553,256 first-place prize is spread across two episodes. Damian Salas avenged his seventh-place finish in the 2017 WSOP Main Event by winning the international leg for $1,550,969. Salas then traveled to Las Vegas where he and Hebert faced-off for the winner-take-all $1 million freeroll and title of 2020 WSOP World Champion.

New episodes of the 2020 WSOP Main Event are released every Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET.

 Poker After Dark

The second half of Season 12 of Poker After Dark kicks off in April with Veronica Brill joining the broadcast as a sideline reporter in a roll that was most notably filled in the past by Leeann Tweeden for four seasons.

Along with the addition of Brill, a plethora of players will make their Poker After Dark debuts with the first two episodes in April featuring GGPoker’s Dan Bilzerian headlining Blitz Week that includes Bill Perkins, Steve Aoki, Mally Mall, and Chris Eubank Jr. Watch Your Step week will follow next and be six episodes that includes a mix of Frank Stepuchin, Alex Ding, Ronnie Bardah, Marle Cordeiro, Landon Tice, and Mike Matusow.

New episodes of Poker After Dark are released every Monday at 8 p.m. ET.

World Series of Poker Europe

The incredibly stacked WSOP Europe 2009 Main Event final table concludes with Barry Shulman defeating Daniel Negreanu to capture his second WSOP bracelet and the £801,603 first-place prize. Following the final two episodes from 2009, there will be four episodes from 2010 and 2011 each.

The WSOP Europe 2010 Main Event begins on Day 4 with just 22 players remaining and progresses through to the final table that is led by Dan Fleyshman. Fleyshman’s run would end in seventh-place as England’s James Bord would rise to the top to collect the £830,401 first-place prize.

Following a move to Cannes, France, WSOP Europe 2011 Main Event will close out April as action progresses through to the final four players including Elio Fox, Chris Moorman, Moritz Kranich, and Brian Roberts.

New episodes of WSOP Europe are released every Tuesday and Friday at 12 p.m. ET.

What Did You Miss in March?

The question should be, what DIDN’T you miss in March on PokerGO? The March releases on PokerGO would see over 20 episodes of new content roll out two new weeks of Poker After Dark, along with the conclusion of High Stakes Poker.

However, the highlight of the month was the highly anticipated match between Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu in Round 1 of High Stakes Duel II. Hellmuth swept Antonio Esfandiari back in October 2020, and now Negreanu was stepping up to the plate to take on the defending champion. Both players would be dueling for the $100,000 prize pool, but most importantly, the bragging rights.
