It’s been a bit more than a week since I landed back home in Israel, but I’m still reveling in the great experiences I had in Bucharest, while attending the Unibet Open there. To help ensure that those experiences remain etched in my memory, I’ve decided to curate and (re)publish a bunch of photos I Tweeted out from the event as well as produce a short video reflecting my time there. Perhaps, after seeing the trip through my eyes, as it were, you’ll get a flavor for what it was like, and you might consider attending a Unibet Open event in the future.
Before proceeding, however, I’d like to use this opportunity to express a few thank-yous. First and foremost, to members of the Unibet team, namely Nataly Sopacuaperu, Shirley Ang, Tambet Kask, and Simon Steedman, who so very kindly ensured that I’d have a great time on-site. I really enjoyed speaking with you all and look forward to the next time our paths cross once again. By extension, thanks, as well, to Unibet ambassadors David Lappin, Dara O’Kearney, Ian Simpson, and Daiva Byrne. It was a pleasure finally meeting “the faces behind the avatars” and having time to establish some genuine relationships that go beyond social media likes, comments, and shares. You’re all great hosts and a credit to the organization that you represent. Finally, many thanks to “the man behind the scenes” David Pomroy, who originally suggested that I give a Unibet Open event a try for the first time; I’m so happy that I did.
