Three years ago today we published our first article. Over 250 posts later, Cardplayer Lifestyle is still going strong. Publishing new original poker blog posts on average of twice a week, we’ve found our niche as a news and information source for recreational players and poker fans worldwide.
My, How We’ve Grown!
While we were barely a blip on the map when we first started, we’re thrilled to report that our audience has grown to over 2,000 unique visitors each month! We’re also proud to boast over 125 Facebook fans. In addition, we’ve developed a loyal following among over 115 on Twitter.
Among our other noteworthy accomplishments to date:
- We’ve been quoted as a primary information source by reputable news outlets such as the Las Vegas Sun and the New Zealand Herald.
- We were the first poker site to break the news of the Jewish Poker Championships.
- We were the exclusive publisher of the last publicly known information and photo of Chris “Jesus” Ferguson.
Much More Than Just Poker Blog Posts
When we started out back in 2009, we primarily did a lot of reporting on what was going on in the word of poker. Since that time, we’ve also expanded our coverage to also include exclusive interviews with some of the most interesting people in the game. Moreover, we’re proud to boast a popular Charity Poker section, which acts as an excellent resource for anyone looking to run their own charity poker events or make charity poker donations.
On top of all that, we offer a wealth of useful information to anyone looking to take poker vacations. Cardplayer Lifestyle has become the home of everything you need to know about poker comp dollars, poker room rates, and poker cruises. Plus, we’re pleased to offer our visitors the best hotel rates on stays at some of the top casino resorts in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Laughlin, and Lake Tahoe.
Moving From Strength to Strength
Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled at the growing success of our website and we hope it continues over the years to come. We want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our visitors and advertisers for your patronage and motivation to keep on producing top-quality poker content for you.
As we enter our fourth year, we invite you to comment below on your favorite sections and blog posts, join us on Facebook and Twitter (if you haven’t already done so), and make recommendations on what else you’d like to see published on Cardplayer Lifestyle. Here’s to the next three years … and beyond!
