Brian Altman
In this episode of The Bernard Lee Poker Show on the Cardplayer Lifestyle Podcast Family, Bernard Lee interviews Brian Altman, who was recently crown 2019-2021 WPT Player of The Year. The timeframe was over two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The show interviewed Brian in February 2020 when he captured the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida. Brian made history as he became the first player to win the same WPT Main Event twice, as he also won the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Main Event back in 2015.
This coming Sunday, Brian will also be playing the 2020 WPT Borgata Winter Open final table at PokerGO Studio. This final table was also delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian also describes how the pandemic affected his poker world including living in Las Vegas for five months playing online at the beginning of the pandemic.
