The WSOP has released it’s list of 10 finalist nominees for the 2017 class of the Poker Hall of Fame. While all of them are deserving of induction, the only lock is Phil Ivey. As for the others, it’s anyone’s guess.

This op-ed analyzes the list of the nine other nominees and picks apart which of them are most likely to get nominated. Dave DevilFish Ulliot is perhaps the most deserving player, but he might get “snubbed” by a deserving nominee from the builder category, like Mori Eskandani.
