Cardplayer Lifestyle was the first poker site to break the story about Jewish Poker back in late August. Since then, news of the tournament has generated a lot of buzz, especially in the Las Vegas area. As the article was one of our most popular posts this year, we decided to follow up on the story for our readers. On a personal note, as a proud member of the tribe myself, it’s especially gratifying to see this event gaining traction and coming together.
With a couple months to go before the tournament is staged for the first time, more and more players have started to register and reserve their seats at the event. Word is spreading across the oceans to South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia as poker-playing Jews are eager to gather together and have a blast at the tables and partying kosher-style while the rest of the world is celebrating Christmas.
