Harrah’s Atlantic City

Located in the Marina District, Harrah’s Atlantic City is the flagship property of the Caesars Entertainment casino hotel chain. This was the first hotel to have been built away from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and, at 2,588 rooms, it’s one of the largest. Harrah’s Atlantic City has a reputation for attracting some of the country’s top musical acts, stand up comedians, and entertainment personalities, so if you choose to take your poker vacation here, you can rest assured that you’ll have plenty to do when you’re not playing poker.

Poker Room Information

A whopping 40 tables await poker players at Harrah’s Atlantic City and poker tournament lovers have plenty offerings to choose from here, with 4 tournaments available daily. As a bonus, winners of each tournament automatically get a seat in a $10,000 freeroll held at the end of each calendar month. Moreover, the WSOP Circuit comes rolling through Harrah’s Atlantic City with a lucrative 2-week tournament series each December.

You can also earn comp dollars, while playing at the cash game tables and win additional prize money by hitting the High Hand of the Day (I should know! I’ve won it myself with a queen-high straight flush! :-)). As if that’s not enough, poker players at Harrah’s Atlantic City are eligible to win the Total Bad Beat Jackpot and participate in an end-of-the-month $50,000 freeroll if they accumulate 50 hours of cash game play.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that Harrah’s is my favorite Atlantic City poker room. From the cleanliness of the room and poker chips to the excellent poker promotions to the friendliness of each and every dealer at tables I’ve sat at, hands down this is my pick for Atlantic City’s top poker destination
